Thank you so much for visiting my website! I hope that I can help along your health and fitness journey. It is both my passion and my mission to use my knowledge and personal experience to get you where you want to be and change your life for the better.

 

For the past decade I have envisioned all-in-one platform that would provide you with everything you need to reach your fitness and nutrition goals. No need to work with a personal trainer for exercise and then go to a dietitian about your nutrition. No need to sort through the endless amounts of information online to find the exercise and nutrition plans that work best for you. No need to look elsewhere for body awareness and centering work. I can provide it all with personal training, nutrition counseling, online coaching, and Pilates.

 

My services are unique: they integrate academic expertise in nutrition and exercise with a lifetime of personal experience. My body has been a struggle for me my entire life, and it's been through the ringer with food, exercise, weight, restriction, starvation, and self-hate. My personal struggles drove me to earn undergraduate and graduate degrees in exercise science and then undergo the extensive nutritional training required to become a Registered Dietitian. But my struggles were for more than academic study and scholastic rigor. They were for me to help. After hitting my rock bottom with exercise bulimia, I knew that I was meant to use my personal challenges and experiences to help others achieve health and happiness. I learned as much as I could about the body, exercise, food, weight, health, and behavior, and the more I learned the more I wanted to put my knowledge to use. I realized that becoming the best version of yourself required help from all angles – exercise, nutrition, lifestyle, behavior change, and self-awareness – and I wanted to be able to provide that to any and all clients.

 

So I’m here to help you not only get results, but to improve your health and your life as a whole – to achieve balanced wellness. I focus on lifestyle changes and the knowledge you need to keep your results for life. I believe in creating a sustainable balance within and between your workouts, eating, and entire life.
